Trash Pickup
Solid Waste pick-up is scheduled for Monday and Tuesdays weekly. If Monday is a holiday, the Township Office is closed. All solid waste pick-up will resume on Tuesday and continue into Wednesday. There is a four-bag maximum per pick-up, at 40lbs each bag maximum weight.
Regarding solid waste management for 2024, all full-time AND part-time residents of Henry Clay Township will each pay $80.00 per quarter or a discounted rate of $300.00 by April 30, 2024.
Recycling
The Township has a green recycling roll-off bin on premises located at 156 Martin Road.
Items that are acceptable for recycling are:
- Glass
- Cardboard
- Plastic
- Newspapers
- Metal
